About The Blog

Live, Eat, Breath...and Type

In June of 2020, I decided I was DONE letting food control me.  Since then, I have been tracking my calories through My Fitness Pal, exercising every day and writing in a journal.  The next phase in my plan was to begin a blog so I could share my successes and failures, but mostly give and receive the support we all need so we increase our chances of making our dreams come true.
